WordPress Developer
You'll own the build and the fix on real client portfolios, from a single practice site to a two-hundred-location multisite. Deep WordPress, not a page-builder job.
Full time · Remote, United States
What you’ll love about this role
- Depth
- You won't just build themes. You'll work on multisite architecture, custom integrations, performance optimization, and accessibility remediation across large portfolios.
- Ownership
- You'll own your work from implementation through QA. We trust our developers to make technical decisions and ship quality code.
- Variety
- One day you're building a new location page template, the next you're debugging a plugin conflict or integrating a scheduling API. No two weeks look the same.
- Flexibility
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule. We care about output, not hours logged.
- Purpose
- The websites you build directly help patients find care. Your code has real-world impact on healthcare access.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards across projects

- Document technical decisions and maintain development workflows
