- One concept per company. If you run thirty sites, pick the one bothering you most.
- Healthcare groups only. Multi-location DSOs, MSOs and similar networks. A solo practice is a different kind of work and we'll point you somewhere better suited.
- The homepage, and only the homepage. A full site redesign or a brand refresh is a separate engagement, and a paid one.
- Turnaround is usually a week or so. If we're slammed and it'll run longer, we say so when you ask rather than after.
