Let's see if we're a good fit

A 30-minute call, no pitch deck.

We look at your sites, tell you where we can actually help, and if we're not the right partner, we'll say so on the call. Grab a time below.

What happens next

  1. Pick a time that works.

These are working conversations, normal business hours. Click here to pick a time.

  2. We review your setup.

Your current sites, hosting, compliance posture, and whatever's keeping your team up at night.

  3. You get an honest recommendation.

You'll know where you stand and what your options are. If we're the right fit, we'll tell you how we'd approach it. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

  4. No follow-up unless you want it.

Want a proposal or a deeper conversation? We'll set it up. If not, we won't chase you.

You'll talk to a real person

You won't get a sales script or a rep reading off a discovery sheet. You'll talk to someone who knows healthcare web. We listen before we say anything, and you'll get a straight read, including whether this is even a problem we should be solving for you.

Bring whatever you want a candid read on:

  • A recent acquisition you're not sure what to do with
  • A hosting bill that keeps climbing
  • A vendor situation that's gone sideways
  • Or just an honest take on where AI fits in healthcare web right now

Before you book, the usual questions

Do we have to rebuild our sites before you can help?

No. We take your sites over as they are, stabilize what's urgent, and set up a reliable workflow first. Rebuilds are optional and usually phased in later, when timing and budget line up.

Is there a long-term contract?

Most of what we do is month-to-month, cancelable with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in, and we're happy to put you on a call with current customers before you commit.

Do we own our sites?

Yes. Theme, content, database, and domain are yours, with no proprietary lock-in and no exit penalties. If you move on, we hand off backups, credentials, and DNS access cleanly.

How is HIPAA handled?

Architecturally. We keep PHI out of the website layer entirely. Forms, scheduling, and patient portals connect to HIPAA-compliant third-party systems, and analytics run through tooling that scrubs PHI.

What does it cost?

It depends on the service and the size of your setup. Support scales with your sites, builds are scoped per project, and hosting is tiered. We size it up front, so you decide with real numbers instead of a surprise later.
