A free second opinion on one of your sites
A plain-English read on where it stands. No charge, no catch.
Pick one site you've got questions about. We'll look at it the way we'd look at a client's, then send you a straight read on what's worth fixing first and what can wait.
You pick what we look at
These are the same four lenses a paid audit runs. Tell us which one is keeping you up and we start there, or say you're not sure and we'll take a pass at all four.
Where the booking path leaks. Form friction, calls to action that are buried or too faint to notice, a flow that falls apart on a phone, and nothing on the page that builds trust where the decision happens.
Start here AccessibilityA scan plus a focused spot-check against WCAG 2.2 AA, aimed at the issues that actually turn up in a demand letter rather than everything a tool can flag.
Start here Search and AITechnical SEO health, schema, indexability, and whether an AI assistant can read the page well enough to cite it when a patient asks.
Start here Speed and securityPage speed, image weight, plugin sprawl, dependencies nobody has updated in a while, and the attack surface that's visible from outside.
Start hereWhat a paid audit does that this doesn't
Worth knowing before you ask, so this isn't mistaken for a sample of something larger.
The free one is the same people looking at the same things. What the paid one buys you is depth and coverage, not a more serious effort.
Why it's free, and where it stops
It's free because it's the fastest way for you to judge how we work, with no obligation in either direction.
- One site per company. A portfolio-wide read is a full audit, not this.
- Healthcare groups only. Multi-location DSOs, MSOs and similar networks. A solo practice is a different kind of work.
- We don't touch the site. The review is read-only. Nothing changes on your live pages, and your doctors never know it happened.
- Usually a week or so. If we're slammed and it'll run longer, we say so up front.
