Website support for multi-location healthcare groups

Hand off the websites and get your week back.

You inherited a pile of websites and somehow became the person who babysits them. We take it off your plate, across every site you run, and you pay only for the time you use.

A working week laid out as forty slots. Most of them drop out of the week into the pile she didn’t sign up for, and the ones left are the work she was hired to do.

What your week looks like

A doctor wants their new bio up by Friday. The agency that was supposed to handle it went quiet four days ago. A contact form is broken, and you heard about it from a patient instead of from your vendor. And there's still a "Summer Special" banner running on three sites in October. None of this is the work you were hired to do, and all of it lands on you.

That's the part we take over.

What we pick up

  • Content and bio updates
  • New pages and landing pages
  • Plugin fixes and conflicts
  • Broken forms and integrations
  • The thing the agency never got to

Requests from an ordinary week, each one shown with how long it has been sitting: a new provider bio promised for Friday (four days), a contact form a patient reported broken (two days), a "Summer Special" banner still live (eleven days), a plugin conflict on two locations (one day), a new location page (three days), and wrong hours on a Google listing (nine hours). Routed to us, every one of them is picked up within three hours.

What working with us gets you

A real person, not a ticket queue
You get a named person who already knows your sites, instead of an anonymous queue that ages for a week. Average response under 3 hours.
Pay only for the time you use
Hours are shared across every site you run. There's no per-site minimum, and unused hours roll into next month.
A team that already knows healthcare
HIPAA, provider bios, multi-location SEO, the scheduling tools. We've done this across hundreds of practices, so you stop explaining your world on every call.
AI does the busywork, people do the judgment
Our own tooling handles triage, log pulls, deployments, and documentation. The person on your ticket spends their time on the actual problem instead of the grunt work around it.

You see where every hour went

Every month you get a full accounting of what we touched across all your sites, with the hours attached. No mystery retainer.

Host with the team that runs your support

When one team owns both the site and the layer beneath it, nothing falls into the gap between a host and a vendor. That's why most groups we support move hosting to us once we're running things: monitoring, backups, and patching, handled by the people who already know your sites.

Common questions

What happens when we submit a request?

Send it by Slack or email. Your client success manager picks it up and replies with a fix, a short time-and-cost estimate, or a clarifying question. Approved work moves to staging, gets checked, and ships. Urgent issues skip the queue, every ticket shows up with its status in your monthly report, and at month end you get one bill for the hours you actually used.

What counts as urgent, and what happens if a site goes down?

A site that's down, a broken contact form, a security incident, or anything actively losing patients counts as urgent. Those go straight to an on-call engineer instead of the normal queue. Everything else follows standard triage.

How do hours work across multiple websites?

Your hours are one shared monthly bucket across all your sites. There's no per-site minimum and nothing to pre-allocate. Unused hours roll into the next month.

How does pricing work?

You pay for the hours you use, billed monthly, with hours shared across all your sites. Most of our support runs month to month, cancelable with notice, with nothing to pre-commit. We'll put together a specific estimate for your sites on a quick call.

How fast can you take over our existing sites?

Taking over a typical portfolio usually runs one to two weeks, depending on its size and platform mix. Larger ones get phased, and we stabilize the busiest sites first.

What happens to the agency we already work with?

They keep doing what they're good at. Brand, paid media, creative, and campaigns stay with them. We take the websites themselves: uptime, compliance, performance, and the day-to-day work of keeping every site current. Your team still sets priorities and signs off on what ships. When your agency needs a landing page built or a change pushed live, they send it to us the same way you would, so requests never sit between two vendors waiting for someone to claim them.

How is PHI handled when we submit a ticket?

We never ask for PHI in a ticket, and the team is trained to flag it the moment it appears. Credentials and anything sensitive move through encrypted channels rather than email or chat.

Do we own our websites if we work with you?

Yes. You own your theme, your content, your database, and your domain. There's no proprietary lock-in, so you can move on without a forced rebuild.

When we're not the right call

  • You run a single website and need help twice a year. A freelancer is cheaper.
  • Your sites are outside healthcare, where we wouldn't know your compliance world.
